Kronva Ltd, a West Wales based database support services provider, has been retained by one of the UK’s largest NHS Trusts to provide 24×7 database support for business critical Microsoft SQL Server and SAP ASE database systems.
Mike Evans, Kronva’s Managing Director said
“Like many organisations, the UK’s NHS Trusts face constant public scrutiny, regulatory and budgetary challenges, as well as increasing workloads which put additional strain on already stretched support services and budgets.”
“Kronva’s database project and support solutions were created to deliver a completely flexible service, allowing our customer’s access to our expert database administration services on-demand, only paying for what they use, making the most efficient use of budgets, yet secure in the knowledge that their database systems are safe and in expert hands.”
“We have been retained by the Trust as a result of an emergency database rescue and data recovery project we successfully performed for them under very difficult circumstances and extremely tight deadlines where no other database service provider was able to deliver the expertise needed in the time scale required.”
“We are very pleased to be supporting such an iconic institution that delivers important health services to the public”
