Kronva Service Continuity and Covid-19

We are pleased to be able to assure all our customers that, alongside our existing contingency plans for all types of disruption, we have an extensive technical services team that we can draw upon should any of our customer service delivery team become unable to work as a result of the Covid-19 virus.
Our secure "shared knowledge platform" ensures continuity of service for all our support customers.
In addition to our existing provision for external disruptions, we deliver the vast majority of our services remotely, this obviously reduces the risk of Kronva and our customer’s staff becoming infected with the Covid-19 virus.
We have also cancelled all non-essential travel, meetings and marketing events until the current situation improves, whilst continuing to deliver support and project services 24x7 to customers around the world.
This is a situation where the Kronva DBA-on-Demand service delivery model demonstrates its superior characteristics, not just because we primarily deliver support services remotely, but because we have an extensive team that we can dynamically deploy without any disruption, hassle or detriment to service.
